Aphasia is the lack of one to formulate their thoughts, often by brain damage. One can no longer speak, read or write but the intelligence itself is unaffected. The opposite would be someone that can speak or write eloquently, but holds no intelligence.

When communicating with others, we can never be certain if the words they express carry the same depth as our own thoughts. It's possible that their words contain significant meaning in every detail, yet we remain unaware of these underlying layers.
This uncertainty persists unless we actively inquire and ask questions.
